Professor Adedoyin Soyibo chairs the board.
He is a Professor of Economics, University of Ibadan, Ibadan; where he has served as Dean, Faculty of the Social Sciences; Head, Department of Economics; Director, Health Policy Training and Research Programme, Department of Economics; and founding Director of the University’s Centre for Entrepreneurship and Innovation. |

He also served as the first Coordinator of the University’s Intellectual Property and Technology Transfer Office (IPTTO) established by the National Office for Technology Acquisition and Promotion (NOTAP) in thirteen Universities and Research Institutes in Nigeria. Outside his university, he has served and is still serving in a number of positions such as membership of Boards of companies and in the Governing Council of a Regulatory Body of some Financial Institutions; Governing Council of a University and a number of Project Implementation Committees of new private universities. He has received research grants from reputable international foundations like the Ford Foundation, Carnegie Corporation, the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation. He is an experienced international consultant and has consulted for reputable organizations like the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund, World Health Organization, International Labour Organization, African Development Bank, African Economic Research Consortium, Federal Government of Nigeria, among others. He is currently at Duke University, Durham, North Carolina; USA as a Distinguished Visiting Professor in African and African American Studies, and Senior Research Associate, Centre for African and African American Research. Dr Y.O Sanusi Non - Executive Director / Medical Advisor.
He is the Medical Director and Chief Executive Officer of Isalu hospitals ltd. He trained at Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and obtained his first degree, MBBS in 1986. He had his postgraduate training in Obstetrics & Gynaecology at Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospital, Ile-Ife and he was awarded the fellow of the West African College Of Surgeon (O&G) in 1996. |

Sam is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria an award winner of Ikeja District of ICAN. He holds Higher Diploma in the School of Accountancy & Finance from Yaba College of Technology in 1998. He had a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Ogun State University (now OOU) in 2005, an MBA (mgt) and M.Sc (Finance) degree from University of Ado Ekiti |

He is the key promoter of Digital Lifeclinic Ltd. Sam is an experienced Management Consultant with interest in business incubation, corporate planning and strategy. Before being appointed as the Managing Director of Digital Lifeclinic , he had worked as a Consultant in LOP Consulting, Management Accountant in Vitafoam Nigeria Plc and in various Management capacity at EIB International Bank ( now Skye Bank). He was one of the few key officers that handled Strategic roles during the Merger program of five (5) that gave birth to Skye Bank Plc. Until his appointment as the MD/CEO, he was the Head of Mass Retail Business of Skye Bank Plc. Mrs. Mercy Taiwo Asekunowo, Non - Executive Director
Mercy is one of the promoters of Digital Lifeclinic. She studied Business Administration from Lagos State Polytechnic, Lagos-Nigeria and has attended many short courses in management, Health and Safety in UK and United States. Her corporate expertise is in project Management with additional skills in industrial facility design. Before being appointed a director, she helped to supervise some of the pre-incorporation projects of the company in United States. She is currently a Senior Management in Tower Inn Inc. United State.
